Jayson was born and raised in Tucson and has an extensive knowledge of the desert landscape. He is not just the owner of the Valley Oasis Landscaping, he also works side by side with the employees and clients as a designer, construction supervisor and marketing director. He is a family man who brings those ethics into the daily routines of the company and runs the company with that family dynamic daily.

Dave started in landscaping in 1996 as a laborer. Because of his attention to detail and work ethic he quickly climbed the ladder to Landscape Designer. His vast knowledge of every aspect of landscaping gives him an edge above other designers. If you can imagine it he can design it!

Mona is the glue that holds the whole operation together. She is responsible for the day to day operations of the company and customer service.

Wendy is Mona's right hand, she helps with daily operations and customer service and assists the office staff with daily needs.
